We wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who took part in our Total Partner Experience online survey and in-depth interviews at the end of 2023. They were part of our efforts to continuously improve the Partner Program, as you provided your feedback on what we are doing well and what we can do better. We received more than 225 completed surveys from across the world and conducted more than 8 hours of in-depth interviews. Rest assured, we have reviewed all of your detailed feedback and have a plan to implement improvements in our methodology, processes, systems, and platforms, as we head into our new financial year on April 1, 2024. Canalys Vendor Benchmark Analyzer
While our Total Partner Experience Survey is an annual initiative, we also have an ongoing partnership with Canalys, a leading channel analyst firm, that helps us to benchmark against our competition. They do this by providing a short 12-question survey, via their Candefero platform, which takes just two minutes for partners to complete!
