When and where does the event take place?
The Hitachi Vantara 2025 Solution Days and EMEA VAD Forum will both take place at The Grand Hotel Dino, Italy.
The Solution Days will start with an evening welcome reception on Monday 12th May and close on the afternoon of Wednesday 14th May 2024.
The EMEA VAD Forum will commence with registration in the morning of Tuesday 13th May and close on the afternoon of Wednesday 14th May 2024.
The hotel address is Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi, 20, 28831 Baveno VB, Italy.

Is there a deadline to register for the event?
The deadline to register will be 2 weeks prior to the event. The event was extremely popular in 2024, therefore we recommend registering as soon as possible to guarantee your accommodation and space at the event.

Does registration include hotel and airfare?
No, Hitachi Vantara will be paying for the 3-day event program, including entertainment, catering, excursions and will contribute to your accommodation rate for the event days. Therefore, we are asking you to pay €199 excluding tax for your accommodation, flights and transportation to and from the airport.

Please follow the registration process where you will be asked to fill in your accommodation details along with your credit card details to secure your room. The reduced room rate for our group will be €199 excluding tax for event days only.

Please note that no cost will be deducted from your card until after the event. However, you will be liable for 100% cancellation costs within 14 days of the event.

Can I extend my stay?
If you wish to extend your stay, the standard hotel room rate will be from €219 excluding tax and will apply outside of the actual event days which is Monday 12th – Tuesday 13th May. If you wish to extend your stay you can do so when booking your accommodation via the hotel link provided.

What is the link to book my accommodation?

Please note that we have reached capacity at the Hotel Grand Dino on Monday, 12th May. However, there is still availability from Tuesday, 13th May onwards.

What do I need to wear?
There is no official dress code for the event; We recommend business casual attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended as there may be an element of walking to the external locations.

What will the weather be like?
The weather in Lake Maggiore, Italy in May is typically pleasant and averages at a high of 69°F (21°C).

Are airport transfers provided?
Attendees are responsible for organising their own transportation to and from the hotel. To pre-book transfers, please contact Lago Maggiore Transfer at [email protected]

You can also book a train from Milan Malpensa to Stresa via Trainline or Rail Europe.

Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, parking at the hotel is charged at a daily rate of €20.

What is the closest airport?
The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa which is around a 50-60 minute drive depending on traffic.
